the tv stations send outdated epg data, which cleanup cleans and epg-scan
reinserts. don't do this any more: events, which are not in epg-data and
outdated as in cleanup process, are not reinserted any more.

Try to handle foreign epg better. Minimize effects of OnlyRunnigStatus. Try
better get better time a segment covers. Try to find events by ID if
startime not matches, to not create a new event an drop the old one later.

Delete events if no timer references them if the are replaced by new events
through epg-scan. events needs to track by how many timers they are
referenced. cSchedule::DropOutdated deletes them if possible.
